Here are a few important reminders: - Cell phones and smartwatches should remain put away during the school day unless directed by a staff member. - No gum on campus. - Bring your fully charged Chromebook. - Bring pencils, paper, and other basic school supplies. - Don’t forget a refillable water bottle. - Be sure to know the school start and dismissal times. School starts at 9:12 AM. - Please allow extra time for morning traffic and follow all traffic procedures to help keep everyone safe. - Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast before coming to school.

To ensure the safety of all students, staff, and families, it’s essential that pick-up and drop-off procedures are followed. Canyon Hills parking lot expectations are: Entering Parking Lot - Allow CVUSD buses the right of way at all times. - Students must exit car to the right at crosswalk. - There are three lanes to use. - No left turn into the parking lot when traveling south on Madrugada Dr. - DRIVE SLOWLY AND WITH EXTREME CAUTION! - Students walking to school must use sidewalks. Exiting Parking Lot - Students must use crosswalk to enter car. - All three lanes merge into one exit. - Cars may exit left or right out of the parking lot. - DRIVE SLOWLY AND WITH EXTREME CAUTION! - Students walking home must use sidewalks.
